The burpee is considered by many to be the best full body workout that anyone can do in their own home without the help of any extra equipment. To start this workout, you simply need to be standing in an area where you have a good amount of space around you and above your head. When you are ready to begin, you will drop down to the floor and do a push-up. Once the push-up is complete, you will then hop back to your feet. After you are back on your feet, you will then jump in the air and reach for the ceiling. These are the basic motions involved with the burpee, and you should try to remember to keep the level of intensity in this workout rather high for as long as possible. Try setting a goal for a certain number of burpees in one workout, and then try to beat your high score with the rest of your workouts in the future.
